Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PantryMix. Because the app is preparing for release, references to in-app features describe the planned service at launch.
You are responsible for managing your account credentials and may not transfer, lend, or share accounts. We may decline registration or suspend accounts if these terms are violated.
Paid plans (PRO and Family) are billed through App Store or Google Play subscriptions and renew automatically until canceled in your store account. PantryMix does not receive your full credit card number; billing is handled by the app stores and subscription providers.
You agree not to break applicable laws, place excessive load on our systems, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, harvest other users' information, impersonate another person, or interfere with service operation.
You retain rights in recipes, list items, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service. PantryMix branding, software, and design remain our property or the property of their respective owners.
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, updates, security, outages, or events outside our reasonable control without prior notice.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time once the in-app option is available, or by contacting support.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted in the service or on this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law in your country or region of residence applies.
